What does this mean?
It’s just like ordering a cake from me except I choose the flavour and you wont know what it is until you receive the cake! Its a SURPRISE and also a MYSTERY.
What are the flavour options?
It’s going to be highly dependent on my mood for the day! it could be one of the cakes from my regular menu, a flavour from one of my pop ups or a test-kitchen flavour! who knows?! only me!
Why should I buy this?
Maybe you need a cake but need to save money (sames) or you are a little bit wild and want to be surprised by me (!!) or maybe you just straight up really don’t care what flavour you get because you aren’t even going to eat the cake. all good reasons to buy this!

Tell me! I want you to love your cake and will never send you away with something that you hate/ are allergic to, but you simply must tell me that information when you order. Sunday the Bakery is a micro-bakery run from Emily's home in Mangere, Auckland. With her signature scalloped edges, an emphasis on intriguing flavour combinations and seasonal flowers, Emily's baking invites you to slow down and enjoy special moments with the people you love.
Sunday celebrates the feminine in all of us, and rejects the idea of constant rush and expansion. It's about being present in the moments that really matter in life. It's the feeling of the warmth of the sun as you lie in a sunbeam, or drinking your coffee in your pyjamas on a Sunday morning.
