Returns & Refund Policy for Cakes
At Sunday the Bakery, we strive to provide you with the highest quality cakes and baked goods. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we have the following returns and refund policy:
1. Order Accuracy
If there’s a mistake with your order (e.g., incorrect cake flavor, wrong design, or size), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake. We will do our best to correct the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
2. Damaged Products
If your cake arrives damaged (e.g., due to shipping or handling), please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and offer you a refund or replacement if the damage occurred on our end.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for cakes once they’ve been delivered or picked up. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.
4. Cancellations

Orders for cakes may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible by email or phone.
5. Special Requests or Custom Orders
For custom or specialty cakes, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Once a custom design is confirmed, changes cannot be made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery or pickup.
6. Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account
